Obituary of Ruby Charlotte Berrisford

Ruby Charlotte Berrisford (Johnson) passed away on June 1, 2020. Preceded in death by her husband, Donald Sr.; parents, Bertha and Hjelmer (Elmer) Johnson; 4 sisters, Dagmar Zimmerman, Adeline Bogotty, LaVerne Bennett and Bertha Pearce; brother, Elmer Johnson. She is survived by her children, Ruby Kay Ericson (John), Donald Jr., Robert, Scott (Tina); grandchildren, Victoria Ericson, Jason Ericson, BriAnna Berrisford, Rochelle Berrisford, Angela Alwin, LeAnn Settey and Kenneth McNeal; also many great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews and cousins. Ruby enjoyed being with family, playing the piano, going to the casino (by far her most favorite thing to do), having lunch & dinner with family (especially Marilyn & Russ Tacheny), going to Sweet Adeline shows/fundraisers, shopping, going to the State Fair, talking all night with Marilyn, doing Word Search puzzles, playing Yahtzee and watching “The Bold & the Beautiful” – don’t call until her show is over!!!! Visitation at Spielman Mortuary 344 W. University Ave. St. Paul, MN 55103 on Friday, June 12, 2020 from 1 – 4 pm. Memorial Service on Saturday, June 13, 2020 outside at 5409 Brittany Ct., White Bear Lake, MN 55110. Gathering at noon with service at 1 pm followed by a luncheon.
